Location: Worcester, MA Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic emergency department setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the Epic charting system. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with medical best practices.

Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an emergency department or similar setting. Active MA RN license.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS. Ability to titrate critical care drips and manage dysrhythmias.

Experience with care of ventilated patients and continuous IV sedation. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. WCS Healthcare Partners Job ID 26-11518.
