Details Work in the Medical ICU unit of an acute care hospital Day shift schedule, 36/48's, 07:00 AM-07:30 PM EPIC experience required Requirements Active CA RN license required BLS certification required ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) certification required Minimum 3 years of ICU specialty experience required Recent experience within the last 3 months in the specialty required BSN preferred Acute care facility experience preferred EPIC charting experience required Additional Information Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care plans Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe healing environment Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning Delegate duties appropriately among healthcare team members Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined Candidates with any prior licensure action will not be considered No radius rule applies; local candidates receive the same rate as travel candidates Traveler may only be submitted to one hospital within the system at a time All required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered American Traveler Job ID P-772905.
