Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating case management and discharge planning for patients with chronic illnesses and specialized healthcare needs across multiple units, including Med-Surg, ICU, OB, and Adolescent Care. Requires at least 2 years of discharge planning and Med-Surg experience, with a clinical background in acute, medical-surgical, or critical care. Must hold an active, unrestricted U.S. RN license and AHA BLS certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Staff meeting attendance is required when scheduled.
