Position Information: Unit: ICU Y4 Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: Required for 3 weekends Unit Information: Patient Ratios: 1:1-3 based on acuity Equipment: Ceiling lifts, Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, safe patient handling equipment, Baxter Sigma Spectrum IV Pumps EHR: Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR Call Requirements: No call requirements.

Qualifications: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, RN License Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years Float Requirements: Must be flexible to float to CICU, MS, Tele & ER as needed Patient Population: This role involves working with diverse patient populations including adult and pediatric patients.

Common cases may include: Sepsis Shock Multi-organ failure Respiratory failure Trauma Neuro/brain injuries Complicated surgeries Stroke Encephalopathy Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Trauma and Neuro experience is essential Personality Fit: Adaptability and teamwork-oriented attitude are preferred Education: Required education level: Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
