Details Hospital-based Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit Night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week 13-week assignment Cerner EMR used Requirements Active RN license in DC required BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only) NIHSS certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience in a US hospital required Cerner EMR experience required Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required BSN highly desired Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer Additional Information Perform patient assessments, including admission and ongoing evaluations, in accordance with policy and procedures Deliver age-appropriate, competent, and efficient nursing care across the patient lifespan Interpret patient data to determine appropriate nursing interventions and treatment needs Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-747677.
