Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Step Down Unit. This position supports adult and geriatric patients in a cardiovascular step-down setting with an emphasis on interventional cardiology care.

Responsibilities include medication titration, moderate sedation monitoring, arterial sheath removal, and use of Swan-Ganz catheters.

Job Details Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Weekend coverage is required.

Required Qualifications: One year of experience Active Cardiovascular Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Active National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Valid registered nurse license recognized for the assignment Preferred Qualifications: Cardiovascular interventional cardiology experience Previous travel assignment experience is not required; first-time travelers are accepted Float: Float rotation may be required.
