Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of ICU experience as a Registered Nurse Current compact or Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Experience with Epic charting preferred Travel nursing experience strongly preferred Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program Ability to provide 2 professional references, including at least 1 manager, director, or supervisor reference Must be comfortable with credentialing and compliance timelines, including fingerprinting requirements Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a critical care float pool environment Float to various ICU settings as needed, including medical, surgical, neuro, CVICU, and cardiology-focused units Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, including ventilator support and hemodynamic instability Administer medications, titrate drips, and respond to changing patient acuity Perform advanced assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Document care accurately in Epic Support patient safety, infection prevention, and efficient unit flow Adapt quickly to different critical care environments while maintaining excellent clinical standards Apply now for this ICU Registered Nurse travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio, and join a healthcare team that values skill, flexibility, and patient-centered care.
