This role is ideal for those with experience in inpatient medical-surgical and telemetry care settings. Candidates should be prepared to handle a range of patient diagnoses, including acute or chronic diseases, cardiac conditions, and post-surgical care.

Work Modality: On-site Technology/Equipment: EPIC EMR, Alaris IV Pumps, Pyxis Medication Dispensing, Phillips Monitors Floating: Required to float to all Med/Tele units as needed Responsibilities Provide nursing care for patients with various medical conditions and co-morbidities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage post-cath procedures Administer and titrate drips such as insulin, heparin, and cardiac medications Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care Qualifications Required: Current RN license BLS certification Minimum 2 years Med/Tele RN experience Tele skills in monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms Preferred: ACLS certification Certification in medical-surgical nursing Job Type Travel PEL/VIP Job ID 64661467.
