Details Acute care setting within the Physical Therapy unit 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week No call required; weekends not required Potential to work holidays Uses EPIC EMR system Requirements BLS-AHA certification required MN state Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable) Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure Valid driver's license may be required when applicable Additional Information Plans, organizes, and delivers physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities Documents patient information for evaluation and maintains documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements Educates patients and family members about treatment plans and home exercise programs Analyzes and records therapeutic progress and recommends necessary adjustments Follows all guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility Candidates who previously worked for this health system must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission Local candidates within 80 miles of the facility may be considered at an adjusted pay rate American Traveler Job ID P-768782.
