Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Riverside, California.

This position provides patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting with changing patient acuity and census. The role requires strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Two years of Emergency Room experience; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the units electronic medical record system.

Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Additional Information: Patient assignments may follow a 4:1 ratio. Weekend and on-call coverage may be required as needed. The role requires flexibility with changing emergency room acuity and census. Navy scrubs are required; hair longer than shoulder length must be pulled back, and gel or acrylic nails are not permitted.
