Details Night shift position, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:00 Labor and Delivery unit with a 1:2 patient ratio Uses Meditech EMR Responsibilities include maternal obstetric care, well newborn care, antepartum triage, and postpartum/couplet care Provides respiratory support and resuscitation while attending high-risk and premature deliveries Serves as OR circulator for Cesarean sections Floating within the hospital required, in rotation with staff and according to clinical experience Requirements Active SC or compact RN license required 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required Current BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, and NRP certifications required ACLS preferred Meditech EMR experience preferred but not required Community hospital experience preferred Previous charge experience preferred Additional Information Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility Expected to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff Minimal to no RTO approved; any requested time off must be discussed during the interview process and approved prior to assignment start Returning staff must have been gone at least 1 year and in good standing at time of departure Felony background hits or licensure actions are not accepted First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-771980.
