Details Home health setting covering Seaside, OR and surrounding areas Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No weekend or on-call requirements, and no floating between units Visits up to 6 patients per day with a standard of 30 productivity points Charting completed in Home Care Home Base (required), Remote Client for Home Health, and the Rover mobile app/OASIS Requirements Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience required BLS certification required OASIS experience required for completing Start of Care documentation Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required Must have personal transportation and an active driver's license License required if applicable Pending license accepted Additional Information Responsibilities include conducting home visits and completing OASIS documentation for home health clients Occasional driving radius of up to 60 miles (60-90 minutes total drive time) per day, though scheduling aims to minimize travel Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required Business casual attire required; scrubs permitted but not mandatory, no jeans Free parking available, with mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period First-time travelers will be considered Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate Travel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned their own territory and must have personal transportation Former permanent employees must be separated for at least 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application American Traveler Job ID P-765590.
