This ASAP Monday–Friday position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week. Clinicians average four to six visits per day within a regional territory and may assist nearby service areas when needed. Home health, OASIS and Medicare documentation experience are required. An active Massachusetts PT license, reliable transportation and independent caseload-management skills are required.
