Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Tele Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Cardiac Tele unit. This role will involve providing care to inpatient adults facing life-threatening multisystem or cardiac conditions. The patient population will include individuals with a variety of cardiovascular diagnoses such as sepsis, myocardial infarction (MI), unstable angina, and coronary artery disease. The role may also entail caring for cardiac patients receiving IV antiarrhythmic therapy, vasoactive infusions, and anticoagulation therapy. Key Responsibilities Administer vasoactive drug therapy and antiarrhythmic drug treatments. Perform thrombolytic therapy, defibrillation, and cardioversion procedures. Conduct thoracentesis and cardiac telemetry monitoring. Monitor EKG and non-invasive blood pressure levels. Float to various units or facilities as required based on patient care needs.

Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in South Carolina. Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Minimum of 1 year of experience using EPIC.

At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience is preferred but first-time travelers will be considered based on their experience. Shift Information This position offers various shift options, including 4x12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with weekend coverage required every other weekend, subject to change based on the unit's needs.
