Job Details Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or masters degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or university; qualifications necessary for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon state board of health; current valid Oregon drivers license; current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification; thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices; positive attitude, effective communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.

Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.

Additional Information: Responsibilities include using exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, or sound to provide treatment. The role involves communicating with families and healthcare team members regarding patient abilities and goals, applying basic computer skills, completing forms, and sending electronic messages.
