Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical Telemetry team. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients during their hospital stay.

Work Schedule Shift: 3x12 Nights (19:00 - 07:30) Float to similar units as necessary Weekend coverage required, every other weekend, subject to change based on staffing needs Key Responsibilities Administer medications through the Omnicell medication system Perform bedside procedures including dialysis catheter insertion, thoracentesis, and incisions and drainages (I&D) Provide care for patients post-heart catheterization Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Active RN license in Tennessee Minimum of one year of experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry At least one year of experience with EPIC electronic health record system Healthcare certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required New travelers will be considered based on relevant experience Preferred Skills Experience with similar patient populations in a telemetry setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and patient needs Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID 38535373.
