Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Hours: 36 hours/week RN Preferred; LPN candidates will also be considered Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and providing nursing care, patient/family education, care transitions, and supporting overall patient needs in an assisted living and short-term rehab setting.
