Job Title Labor and Delivery (L&D) - Registered Nurse - Travel Location Orlando, FL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit during night shift hours Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring (EFM); candidates must pass a proctored EFM course prior to starting Float within Women's Services as needed Meet weekend shift requirements of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support safe labor, delivery, and postpartum outcomes Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Florida or compact state eligibility Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience Prior travel nursing experience required ACLS certification required BLS certification required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required Must successfully pass the proctored EFM course upon arrival; candidates who do not pass will not be eligible to begin the assignment and may not retest for 6 months Preferred Experience / Skills Experience floating within Women's Services departments Strong electronic fetal monitoring skills and familiarity with EFM competency assessments Ability to adapt quickly to new facility protocols and workflows Why Join Us Expected 36 hours per week in a specialized Labor and Delivery setting with a structured 13-week engagement Opportunity to work within a Women's Services unit that supports professional growth and clinical excellence Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 798996.
