ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Olympia, Washington.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/17/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel PCU / Stepdown Float Pool Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Patient ratio: 1:4–1:6, depending on acuity.

EMR: Epic.

Floating: Required across PCU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, and other units as needed. Floating to nearby sister facilities may also be required.

Call: Not specified. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience listed in the job requirements. Previous charge nurse experience is mandatory.

Experience in PCU/Stepdown, Med-Surg, and Telemetry is relevant to the role. U.S. clinical experience is required.

Canadian experience alone will not qualify. Compact RN license must be in hand at submission. Epic experience required.

ACLS and NIHSS are listed as certifications, with asterisks indicating the requirements may need confirmation. Charge Nurse Responsibilities Charge experience is a requirement. On two small units, the assigned RN may be the only RN working alongside LPNs and CNAs.
