Unit Staffing: Primarily RN-based care, with scheduled secretarial support from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Type of Equipment: BiPAP, Heated High-Flow Nasal Cannulas, Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps Documentation System: Meditech Scheduling Requirements: Full-Time Staff: 36 hours/week with every 3rd weekend rotation Part-Time Staff: 48 hours/week with every 3rd weekend rotation PRN 1 Staff: 3 shifts in a 4-week period with 1 weekend shift requirement PRN 2 Staff: 6 shifts in a 4-week period with 3 weekend shift requirements Floating Policy: PRN staff float one time per week; full-time and part-time staff float based on rotation.

Patient Experience Standards: Includes bedside shift reports, hourly rounding, and daily leadership rounds.

Qualifications Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills Experience managing vasoactive drips Typical Procedures: Central Line or PICC line placements Ideal Candidate: Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork Dress Code Charcoal grey scrub tops with charcoal grey or black scrub bottoms.
