Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Mesquite, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Operating Room (OR), Mesquite, Texas. This 13-week assignment supports perioperative care on day shifts in a healthcare facility. The role includes circulating responsibilities, rotating on-call coverage, and support for orthopedic, podiatric, gynecologic, and general or laparoscopic procedures.

Job Details Schedule: Day shifts with 8-hour shifts scheduled from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience preferred in circulating duties and orthopedic procedures, including total knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures; podiatry; gynecology; and general or laparoscopic procedures. Scrub experience is also preferred.

Additional Information: Rotating on-call coverage of 12 days per week and 1 weekend per month may be required based on unit needs. The role may involve caring for patients with COVID-19. Scrubs may be any color, and facility-provided operating room scrubs are available. Assignment dates are 11/23/2026 through 02/21/2027.
