Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Must live over 100 miles from Union Hospital in Terre Haute Indiana to qualify Candidates within 50-100 miles from the hospital are eligible to take a contract at a decreased rate 3EA Ortho/Neuro/Uro (remote telemetry) 30 bed • Patients only have telemetry if ordered • Telemetry is monitored 24/7 IV Drips • Heparin • No Cardiac drips Patients • All fractures • All kidney stones • All urology surgeries ie; TURP, TURBT, Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, etc • Hematuria, retention patients • Spinal surgeries- cervical, thoracic, lumbar • Post op day 1 craniotomies and burr holes (ICU for first 24 hours) • All total joints including revisions and removals with spacers placed • Post op outpatient GYN surgeries • Any trauma patients with fractures • Bipap patients • Med/surg overflow Unless this job description states otherwise, 2 years of current experience in specialty is required 2 years of hospital experience is required for hospital positions Pluto Healthcare Job ID PLU-60918849L-20261027.
