Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic, fast-paced Respiratory Med-Surg unit. This 21-bed unit specializes in the care of patients with pulmonary diseases, managing a complex patient population that may require continuous telemetry monitoring. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-acuity environment characterized by rapid patient turnover and varying levels of care needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse population of adult respiratory and medical-surgical patients. Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Float as necessary within the scope to similar Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boarders.

Qualifications Active Ohio RN license. Current BLS certification required. Minimum of 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience.

Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips (competency test required on Day 1; failure to demonstrate competency will result in immediate termination). Proficiency with Epic EMR is mandatory (no training or refreshers provided; lack of Epic proficiency will result in immediate termination). Additional Details No on-call requirement.
