Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Manage ventilator support, inotropic therapy, and central line care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float to CICU, MSICU, and NICU as needed.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience, including ventilator management.

Current certifications required: BLS, PALS. First-timers accepted. No on-call requirement. Availability for E/O weekend or every third weekend with minimal RTO.
