This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse / RN, you will: Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions with Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and co-workers as appropriate. Participate in the discharge planning process.

Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse / RN in Massachusetts. BCLS Certification; ACLS preferred. Minimum one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Must have skills/experience in Behavioral Health and working with both adult and pediatric care.

Unit Information: Number of Beds: 104 across five units (adult, child, geri)

Patient Ratios: 1:8 variable (geri and pedi have lower ratios)

EHR: Cerner Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, anxiety Additional Information: Orientation is biweekly, on Mondays or Tuesdays (FDI's upon clearance). Local Rate: $75; Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel. Must be available to attend scheduled orientation; cannot accommodate other start dates.
