This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 21-bed ICU unit. Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 while ensuring safety and comfort. Float to Stepdown/ER as needed, demonstrating flexibility to meet staffing needs. Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel experience preferred. Active Tennessee nursing license or compact license required at the time of submission. BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory. Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays during the contract period.

Scrubs: Navy.

Additional Information: Orientation Dates: 11/30, 12/7, 12/14. Weekend shifts required. Unit makes the schedule; no block scheduling offered. GLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
