Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel LONG TERM CARE RN /b> Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)

Shift: 3x12 Variable 0700-1900 / 1900-0700. Traveler can be schedule days or nights depending on unit need.

Ratios: 8:1 days; 13:1 nights Years of Experience REQ: 2 years preferred (must have SNF or LTC experience. Travel experience is preferred. Epic REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is preferred.
