As part of our team, you will provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the well-being of children in critical condition. In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting clinical assessments and providing direct patient care to pediatric patients in the PICU. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs and medical history. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Educating patients and families on health management and care plans.

Requirements for this position include: Current RN license in Virginia (or pending). BLS and PALS certifications. Pediatric cardiac experience is a plus. Ability to float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics based on staffing needs.

Additional details: This contract spans 52 weeks with rotating shifts every other holiday. Must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays. Three weekends may be required every six-week schedule. 40 hours of time off can be approved, but not during the first two weeks of the contract. GLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
