Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Charleston, WV. We are seeking dedicated RNs to provide exceptional care in our Emergency Department. With a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department, adhering to established protocols and standards. Float to the ED as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in patient care. Manage patient care with a typical ratio of 5:1, ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail. Administer medications and perform IV therapy, including accessing ports and managing blood products. Monitor and care for patients with neurological, respiratory, and psychiatric conditions.

Requirements: 2 years of nursing experience required, with a minimum of 1 year in the Emergency Department specialty. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications required (CPI available through Qualivis). Active WV/Compact RN License required; pending licenses accepted with conditions.

Experience with telemetry, IV therapy, and Cerner charting preferred. Weekend shifts required every other weekend. This contract position offers guaranteed hours of either 36 or 48 per week, with overtime available after 48 hours for 4x12 shifts.
