Start Date: 11/17/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Number of Openings: 2 Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Odessa, TX. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will make a significant impact on patient care. As an ICU RN, you will be required to float to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units if the ICU has a low census, with typical ratios of 5-6 patients per nurse. Floating may occur frequently based on patient census, so please ensure you are aware and agreeable to this requirement. The facility is also in the process of opening a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and you may work in the ICU, PCU, and/or MS/Tele based on the facility's needs.

Requirements: ACLS certification BLS certification TNCC or TCAR certification NIH Stroke education (6 hours total; can be provided if needed) Completion of EKG course (can be provided if needed) This position is for night shifts, specifically 4x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00, with 36 or 48 hours per week considered.
