Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a medical-surgical environment. The position involves floating to various units as needed, with a census of 2:3-5 patients. Shift Details This role is a night shift position with a schedule of 3x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:00.

The schedule includes 6 consecutive shifts. Required Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit. Manage a diverse patient population with various medical and surgical needs.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status. Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse license.

Experience in an Emergency Room or medical-surgical setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
