Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel AZ – RN Med/Surg Telemetry – Havasu Regional Medical Center Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 36 guaranteed hours/week Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period Experience: 2 years preferred; recent acute care and travel experience required Unit: 40-bed Med/Surg Telemetry; adult/geriatric patients Required Skills: Telemetry, acute care, and ability to manage a 6:1 patient ratio Patient Population: Total joint, surgical, ACS, CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, and GI bleeding Floating: Must float to IMC and ED as needed EHR: Medhost Travel Radius: Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility Block Scheduling: Not accepted 48-Hour Guarantee: May be considered but is not guaranteed Orientation: Weekly BONUS $500 About DayOne Staffing, Inc.
