Details Work on a dedicated Pediatric IV Therapy Vascular Access Team Care for pediatric through adult populations, including HemeOnc and ICU settings Perform ultrasound-guided peripheral IV placement using vein finder technology Manage vascular access devices including PICCs and implanted ports Perform site and vessel selection, insertion, patency assessment, and troubleshooting Day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts starting at 7am, 11am, or 7pm Weekend shifts required Requirements Active MA RN license required BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of experience on a pediatric vascular access team Experience at a dedicated children's hospital required Ultrasound-guided IV placement and vein finder experience required Experience with implanted vascular access devices and PICC lines 2 professional references verified from 2 of the last 3 places worked, from different facilities Additional Information Provide vascular access services across neonatal, pediatric, and adult patient populations First-time travelers accepted Local candidates accepted within 50 miles of the facility, at a reduced rate compared to travel rate American Traveler Job ID P-723381.
