Location: San Diego, CA Facility: Sharp HealthCare Weekly Gross: $3,700.20/36hrs Required Certifications:- CPR NRP AWHONN EFM Advanced or Intermediate Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience. Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a specialty area. Active California RN License required. Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized, age-appropriate nursing care to patients and families. Perform patient assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans. Monitor patient conditions and promote positive clinical outcomes. Recognize and respond to complex or high-risk clinical situations. Educate patients and families regarding their care and treatment plans. Advocate for patients and encourage family participation in care decisions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies. Delegate and coordinate patient care activities within team members' scope of practice.
