Start Date: 10/23/2026 Job Requirements Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license in hand at the time of submission Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry, medical-surgical nursing, or a closely related acute care specialty Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty Ability to successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation Willingness to work at least every other holiday Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical telemetry patients Monitor telemetry rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition Administer medications, complete assessments, and document care accurately in Epic Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress Prioritize patient safety, timely interventions, and excellent clinical communication Maintain compliance with unit expectations, testing requirements, and assigned holiday coverage Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
