Details Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting 1:4 patient ratio Rotating 12-hour day/night shifts 48-hour weekly schedule preferred, 36-hour minimum Float to other units required as needed No on-call responsibilities Uses EPIC EMR Requirements Active SD or Compact RN license required (in hand) BLS certification required EPIC EMR experience required Flu vaccination documentation required with no personal or medical declinations accepted (religious declinations reviewed by facility)
