Responsibilities include administering comprehensive outpatient therapy services, educating patients and their families, and ensuring high standards of safety and professional conduct. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 6 months to 1 Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week. Completes a comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients and develops treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Performs medical record documentation accurately, including goal writing, functional assessments, and charge entry, following all applicable guidelines and policies. Provides direct patient care under signed, valid physician orders and insurance approvals as necessary. Participates in student programs and creates individualized professional development plans, pursuing ongoing education and professional growth. Ensures adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Acts and maintains professional licensure in good standing. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and actively contributes to quality initiatives.
