Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Hawaii. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care on a 15-bed unit that includes a 3-step down Intensive Care Unit and 12 telemetry beds. The role requires ensuring patient safety and comfort while utilizing telemetry monitoring and providing primary nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Details Shift Time: Rotating Schedule: 36 hours per week following first week of orientation, with no guarantee of hours Required Qualifications: Valid Hawaii license, at least 1 year of hospital acute care experience within the last year, current PALS certification preferred, NIHSS certification preferred, ACLS preferred, experience in Progressive Care and telemetry preferred Additional Information: Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend employee health appointment on Friday. Will float to all acute units in house, including Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU, and ER. Dress code is scrubs. Certification and licensure must be current and applicable to Hawaii.
