Details Labor & Delivery unit including OR, antepartum, and float coverage to postpartum Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7 nights per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 13-week contract length EPIC EMR experience required and must be documented in work history Requirements Active CA RN license required in-hand at time of application (EMSA not accepted) Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required Minimum 1 year of acute care setting experience required Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced Preferred skills: Labor and Delivery Management, Circulating for C-section, Fetal Monitoring, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Use of External Fetal Monitoring Additional preferred skills: Triage, Scrub, Phlebotomy Prior travel nursing experience required Two supervisor references required Copies of all required certifications required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include managing labor and delivery care, circulating for C-sections, and fetal monitoring Float requirement to postpartum unit as needed Local candidates accepted at the same rate Previous employees must be separated from the facility for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler No RTO permitted within the first two weeks of the assignment, with a maximum of 7 days RTO preferred per 13-week contract Manager interview may or may not occur prior to placement American Traveler Job ID P-767378.
