Details Care Management unit within a large 815-bed hospital Patient ratio of 1:40 Uses Cerner, NATE, and EnsoCare (post-acute) documentation systems Self-scheduling with rotating weekdays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift Floating may be required based on departmental needs Works collaboratively with the RN Case Management team Requirements Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand Minimum 2 years of RN experience Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to shift attention between tasks effectively Ability to build trust with team members, patients, and families No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months US SSN and DOB required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
