This role is responsible for clinical excellence, physician collaboration, employee engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across procedural and perioperative services.

Responsibilities Lead OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab & EP Lab operations Mentor and develop perioperative leaders and clinical staff Drive quality, patient safety, and performance improvement Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and budgets Partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and executive leadership Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance Support strategic growth and service line development Requirements Active Arizona RN license or eligibility BSN required Progressive perioperative nursing leadership experience Experience managing operations, staffing, quality, and financial performance Strong leadership and physician relationship skills Master's degree preferred CNOR or specialty certification preferred Acute care surgical leadership experience preferred Why Join This Team?
