Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Unit: PT Home Health Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year, would prefer Home Health experience but willing to consider other PT experience Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, with right experience Required License, National Certification, Certs: BLS ME state license Bachelor’s or above in PT Driver’s license, car, auto insurance Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Post-ortho surgeries, post-surgeries, fall risks, deconditioning, mobility issues, Technology/Equipment: Shift times: 0800-1700, Monday – Friday.
