Job Overview: We are seeking an adaptable and fast-acting ER Holding RN to join our emergency nursing team. In this high-volume role, you will care for admitted patients who remain in the Emergency Department while awaiting inpatient bed placement (boarding/holding). You will bridge emergency care and inpatient nursing, delivering ongoing assessment, medication administration, and continuous monitoring to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
