Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Sioux City, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Intensive Care Unit, Sioux City. This travel nursing position supports an interdisciplinary team in the provision and management of care for patients requiring intensive care services. The assignment includes caring for cardiac, trauma, and neurological patients while maintaining clinical standards across the care environment.

Job Details Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience; active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; American Heart Association (AHA) certification preferred, with American Red Cross or U.S. military certificates also accepted; active Iowa license; valid drivers license; discipline-specific skills checklist; one supervisory reference form completed within the past two years.

Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred and may be required for assignment extension. First-time travelers may be considered.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Provides care for cardiac, trauma, and neurological patients. Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team in the provision and management of patient care. Weekend coverage is scheduled every third weekend. Holiday coverage may be required. May float across campuses within the same discipline.
