This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading acute-care hospital's Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down department. We are seeking dedicated RNs with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence. Our facility offers a supportive environment for both experienced and first-time travelers. As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a 45-bed department, where all rooms are remotely monitored by the Centralized Cardiac Monitoring Department (CCMD). The nursing stations are centrally located, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among the care team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply! Shift details include 3x12-hour days from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend and holidays as needed.
