Applicants must have worked in this unit or setting within the past year to be considered for this position. Job Title Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery Location Greensburg, PA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Day Shift: 7:00–19:30 | Night Shift: 19:00–7:30 Key Responsibilities Perform vaginal exams and assist with vaginal deliveries; circulate in cesarean section deliveries Start IVs and draw blood as required throughout patient care Assist with stabilization of newborns post-delivery utilizing NRP skills Recognize and respond to obstetric complications including postpartum hemorrhage and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed Work every other holiday as required Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact license at time of submission Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience AWHONN Intermediate certification — must be current at submission BLS certification (AHA only) — must be current at submission FHM certification — must be current at submission NRP certification — must be current at submission Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license address — local candidates are not eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with Cerner electronic health records system Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor and Delivery unit with a rotating schedule offering both day and night shift experience Travel pairs may be considered based on facility need Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 799507.
