A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level Well organised and self-motivated 40 hours per week A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff . You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health, well-being of clients and staff by using face to face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.
