About the Role:
You will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering safe, person-centred care that meets regulatory and professional standards. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to patient assessment, care delivery and routine clinical procedures while developing your skills from novice to proficient practice. In this role, you will assist with quality improvement activities, provide education and support to patients and carers, and contribute to a positive learning environment for students and colleagues. You will remain accountable for your own practice while helping to achieve high-quality care outcomes through teamwork, communication and evidence-based practice.

About You:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Experience providing nursing care within a healthcare setting in accordance with appropriate standards of practice.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritise workload, recognise and report changes in clinical condition, and deliver person-centred care.

Quorn Health Service
Quorn Health Service is a 41-bed facility, including 11 acute and 30 aged care beds. It provides accident and emergency services, general and surgical services and is a part of the Flinders Ranges Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) providing residential aged care. Our staff play an integral role in the health and wellbeing of residents by providing companionship and support and encouraging independence; by maintaining the link between family, friends and the local community enrich the quality of life of our care recipients. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred nursing care across a variety of health service settings, progressing from a novice to a proficient practitioner. You’ll consolidate your skills through ongoing professional development and hands-on experience while maintaining accountability for your own practice and for activities delegated to others. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your clinical knowledge, contribute to positive patient outcomes, and be part of a collaborative healthcare team committed to excellence in care delivery.
