You will continue to use your emergency nursing skills while caring for patients across a wide range of conditions.
Because the department operates with a smaller on-site team, nurses also practice with a high level of autonomy, collaboration, and accountability. This may be an ideal opportunity for an experienced emergency nurse who enjoys emergency medicine but is seeking a more focused practice environment with supportive leadership and strong team relationships.
