The Role The role of the Domestic Assistant is essential in our mission to provide excellent care. Supporting the Housekeeper with the environment of the Home, the Domestic Assistant will contribute to the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents. The Domestic Assistant will ensure that the Home is clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
The Domestic Assistant role at Healthcare Ireland Group works closely with the care teams and residents, building trusting relationships to create a comfortable environment where our residents feel safe and cared for. From ensuring that rooms are clean to tidying communal areas, every task contributes to the value that we add to the lives of our residents. About The Role Main Responsibilities Ensure the expected cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved throughout the home Cover domestic duties as assigned Identify and report any damage, faults or other issues to maintenance or management Adhere to the cleaning and auditing schedule Use and store cleaning products in accordance to COSHH regulations Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager or Housekeeper.
